I Wrote This Song Because' contains candid descriptions of each song featured by the artist.

Why I named my song Azul: The reason for the song title is really silly! I had this nylon string acoustic guitar that was really beautiful, but was a piece of junk. Anyway, the song is named after that beautiful, blue piece of firewood! I was feeling kind of Lee Ritenour-ish one day, and came up with the melody. It stuck with me even after I had gotten rid of the guitar!
